TARA RAMSARAN complained about a fridge she purchased from Standard Distributors which was not working. Ramsaran who lives at Ackbar Trace in Charlieville told The People’s Hotline she purchased the fridge in November and it broke down in February.

Despite several calls to the store, nothing was done about her fridge and in desperation, she turned to The People’s Newspaper.

When we checked with a customer service representative at Standard, a promise was made to deal with Ramsaran’s problem as soon as possible. A grateful Ramsaran telephoned yesterday to say thanks to The People’s Hotline after a Standard technician visited her home and repaired the appliance.
