The People's Hotline

Maureen Ottier-Vieira called The People’s Hotline in May complaining of a problem she had with a blown street light.

Vieira who lives at Chelsea Road, Cascade said the street light stopped working in March and this made residents uneasy about their security.

Vieira said residents were scared be-cause several muggings have occurred since the street light blew. Vieira said she made several reports to TTEC but got no response.

She said she was afraid for her family’s safety and needed The People’s Hotline’s help. The People’s Hotline spoke to a clerk at TTEC’s street lights division who said a technician was assigned to visit Vieira’s house. Vieira called The People’s Hotline on July 4 sharing her good news that TTEC fixed the street light.

Vieira said thanks to The People’s Hotline the residents of Chelsea Road, Cascade could now breathe a much needed sigh of relief.
