Cro Cro in ‘court’

Patrons will see Cro Cro in his first acting role in “Is the Judiciary in Trouble?” He will act as a Chief Magistrate, while Pink Panther will act as an Attorney General.

Cro Cro was crowned Calypso King in 1988, 1990 and 1996 and in 2005, the Independence Calypso Monarch. He will sing some of his well-known vintage calypsos social commentary, ballads and of course commentaries about the recent controversies taking place

The three time calypso king will be joined on stage by fellow calypsonians Superblue, Cardinal and Johnny King among others.

Master of Ceremony for the event will be Dennis Hall (Sprangalang).

The concert which is a collaboration between Pie Promotion and HJ Promotion, will begin at 8:30pm and tickets cost $20.
