M&M Harvard whip Couva

At the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Sayid Freitas and Lindon Bartholomew were the goal-scorers for Harvard as the league got going.

Freitas found the target in the tenth minute while Bartholomew doubled the advantage in the 40th, to secure full points for the St Clair-based outfit.

Earlier on the day, newcomers Club TSTT edged Crab Connection 3-2 while Police got past House of Dread by a similar score-line.

WASA FC were held to a goalless draw by Defence Force FC while Angostura 1976 FC Phoenix battled to a 0-0 draw against PLIPDECO Caroni.

Action will resume on Monday, with a full slate of matches.
