Steel vaults cut, $31,000 stolen

Owners of Yufe’s Fabric Store on Cipero Street and Zalina’s Sport Bar on Mucurapo Street in San Fernando reported to police on Monday that their vaults were cut and monies stolen.

Police said $15,000 was stolen from the Yufe’s vault while $16,000 was taken from the vault at the Sports Bar. San Fernando detectives are continuing investigations and no arrests have been made.
