Army maul Starworld 5-1

The prolific Anthony Wolfe netted a 55th minute equaliser, lobbing goalkeeper Jan-Michael Williams with a deflected right footed effort after Earl Jean put the defending champs ahead with a long-range drive in the 21st.
The Army-Coast Guard combination, who have looked a shadow of their dominant self this season, went into the half-time interval with a 2-0 lead courtesy items from Armstrong in the 31st and Christian Baptiste in the 39th.

The game seemed sure to end in victory for Joe Public but Dwayne Jack got Tobago’s third point of the season when he equalised in stoppage time.
Joe Public jumped to second place as North East Stars were spanked 3-1 by Superstar Rangers in the other match at the venue.
Rangers’ Akiel Glasgow broke the deadlock in the fourth minute before the dreadlocked Marvin Oliver levelled the scoring in the 33rd.
Former Trinidad and Tobago Under-17 captain Josimar Belgrave secured full points for Rangers with a double, in the 74th and 85th minutes.
In the day’s other contest, Neal and Massy Caledonia AIA whipped United Petrotrin 3-0 at the Palo Seco Recreation Ground.
Radanfah Abu Bakr got things going with a 44th minute opener, while a 71st minute own goal putting Petrotrin in further misery. Kendall Jagdeosingh completed the scoring for AIA in the 83rd.
