Celebrating Emancipation in San Fernando

THE Southern Emancipation Committee celebrated Emancipation Day yesterday with a march from Marabella roundabout to Harris Promenade. The parade was not as huge as the one in Port-of-Span, but those who saw it appreciated what was done.
