Mayaro in harmony

Located on the eastern side of the Mayaro/Guayaguayare taxi stand were the Mayaro folk performers and the Mayaro Lauvis (pronounced “Lav Way”) rhythm section united in cultural music and sound.

President of the Mayaro folk performers Ann Marie Primus and leader of the Mayaro Lauvis Rhythm Section Andy Thomas are both looking forward for bigger and brighter things to come for their Emancipation celebrations in the district come 2007.
