I’m sure his efforts would’ve been more rewarding if he was given the opportunity to lead the team he requested as only he, and not the selectors knew the quality of the opposition they were up against, unless it was in their interest to hope Brian failed.

Brian, I wish that you do not take on their unprofessional thinking and continue to lead this young team that you inspire so well. Good luck Brian, to you and your team.
