Urgent need for DNA testing

The State has failed, in not providing for a speedy re-trial and the required DNA testing to provide evidence. If both systems were available, then the outcome of the re-trial may have been different. I hope the State would soon implement measures to protect the many innocent children who have been taken advantage of by adults. At least, I hope in this case that the victim and her relatives will receive regular counselling services from the State.
