Valentino in concert

The concert dubbed, “Exit stage left: Brother Valentino in concert” comes off on August 26 at 8 pm. Valentino’s repertoire will include some two dozen songs, some of which have not been heard in public for decades.

Valentino is a veteran calypsonian with 40 years invaluable service in the arena. His enduring legacy has been the messenger par excellence of the calypso world with uplifting and thought-provoking songs and lyrics best epitomised in the timeless classic “Life is a Stage”.

Organisers are promising a concert, with an inspirational and original concept which will take patrons on a journey down memory lane on a walk with Valentino through his early years to the present in a unique conversation with the artiste.

Admission is $100 but advance tickets are priced at $60 and are available at TUCO offices, North and South, The Creative Arts Centre, UWI St Augustine and the Fyzabad Composite School.
