TSTT REUNITES CHERYL’S FAMILY

Rampharay said her phone cable was pulled down by a truck since July.

She recalled having made a report on July 30 followed by three other reports but no one from TSTT came to fix her phone.

Rampharay said she was very frustrated by the lack of a land line phone.

She said it was very inconvenient because most of her family members from New York do not have her cellular number.

The People’s Hotline reported the matter to the complaints department of TSTT who promised a response.

When the Hotline spoke with Rampharay last, she happily said technicians from TSTT fixed her phone and she finally got back in contact with her family.
