Manickchan who lives at Colley Street, Fyzabad told The People’s Hotline that her phone had stopped working two months ago.

Manickchan said she made several reports to TSTT but never got a response.

Manickchan asked The People’s Hotline for help, stating that she was fed up of the run around given to her by TSTT. The People’s Hotline spoke to a clerk at TSTT’s service department who promised to deal with the matter as soon as possible.

Manickchan called The People’s Hotline yesterday to say ‘thanks.’ TSTT came and fixed the line and now her phone is working perfectly.
