Glenn is named Maloney’s best

FORMER St Anthony’s College student Jonathan Glenn has been named as the Maloney Gardens Best Overseas Football and Academic Individual.

Glenn currently attends Saint Leo University in Florida and is majoring in psychology with a minor in marketing.

He was named in the Premier Development League (PDL) National Team of the Week and has repeatedly made the Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Player of the Week.

Glenn has been selected on the SSC All Conference team for 2010 and was also on the All Conference and All South Regions teams in 2008 and 2009.

He scored 41 goals for Saint Leo, ranking him 5th all-time in the programme’s history.

The 22-year-old has also been performing well off the field, excelling in his academics as well.

Last year, he was named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Team and was on the Dean’s List for Spring Semester. He was also inducted into the President’s Club with a 3.74 GPA. From 2007-2010, Glenn has been named in the SSC’s Commissioner Honour Roll.
