Dioceses say farewell to Bishops Bess, Berkley

At 2 pm tomorrow, (Dec 17), the Diocese says farewell to Bishop Calvin Bess at an “End of Ministry Diocesan Thanksgiving Celebration Service” from 2 pm, on the eve of his 72nd birthday, at the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity, Abercromby Street, Port-of-Spain.

On Sunday December 18, at 8.30 am, the parish of All Saints says farewell to its rector Coadjutor Bishop Claude Berkley at a “Service Ending a Pastoral Relationship and Leave-taking,” at the Marli Street Church. The Eucharistic Service will be followed by light refreshments.

Bishop Berkley will be enthroned as Bishop of the Diocese on Saturday January 14, 2012, at Trinity Cathedral.
