Club House thrash Savannah Boys for Tyro crown

At the Bourg Mulatresse Ground on July 14, Club House posted a score of 106 runs for three wickets, off 15 overs. Reza Ramdeen led the way with 44 not out, while Keith Ramasray chipped in with 20 and Reynold Roach 17. In response, Savannah Boys were dismissed for 72 in 14 overs with Richard Morang taking two wickets for seven runs and Ricardo Rajnath 2/9 for Club House. Clint Williams scored 17 and Chris Narine 12 for Savannah.

Law Breakers registered an eight-wicket victory over Fight Spirit in the Men’s Final.

Fight Spirit posted 77/8 off 15 overs with Shane Sookdeo making 12, while Terrance Hinds got 2/14 for Law Breakers. In reply, Law Breakers made 78/2 in 7.1 overs with Dave Baboolal lashing 33 and Sheldon Balroop an unbeaten 13.

The Women Final saw Barataria Ball Players earn a narrow nine-run triumph over Cricket Lovers.

Barataria recorded a tally of 109/6 in 15 overs courtesy 32 from Britney Cooper and 19 from Jovankha Simon. Natalie Ninah claimed 2/13 for Cricket Lovers.

Simon returned with the ball to claim 3/10 and Desiree Simon 2/15 as Cricket Lovers were only able to muster 100/9 in reply. Selene O’Neil notched 30 and Jennelle Charles 15 for Cricket Lovers.
