Can TT be reformed?

And therein lies the problem of crime in Trinidad and Tobago.

Can it be fixed? Sure! Look at reformed North American cities such as New York, whose population is more than six times ours, and even more diverse. The first step is recognising and acknowledging our mistakes. The sending back before time of former commissioner Dr Gibbs was a huge mis take. He was on the right track. The people who hounded him out, Jack Warner, Anand Ramlogan and Dr. Keith Rowley, should explain why? For the leaders of our nation, the safety of our citizens should be a priority and we should be open and welcoming to experts, perhaps from beyond our borders.
