GATE Over-50 Apology

My error was caused by reading on pg. 1 “Legal Supplement Part C to the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette”, Volume 50, No. 160, 25th November, 2011. I assumed that because it was “gazetted” that it was law.

The Government, therefore, is off the hook, legally, for discrimination via ageism.

My apologies for the error.
