De Freitas brings ‘Light’

Born in Trinidad in 1962, water colourist de Freitas grew up in Port-of-Spain and has been a lover of the arts since childhood. He is known for painting vintage homes and nature scenes in his unique style and in a range of sizes from very large panels to miniatures.

de Freitas has remained true to the art of watercolours and his collections, year after year, ring of nostalgia and of places and times long gone that are but a memory to many, the society said.

Admission is free and the dress code is elegantly casual. The gallery opens Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.
