Man, son held with guns

CID Port-of-Spain Task Force conducted an exercise from 12 noon to midnight on Friday when they executed several search warrants in the PoS area.

In Richplain, Diego Martin, police recovered a 16 gauge shot gun and a 9mm pistol. A 47-yearold father and his 19-year-old son were arrested along with a 27-year-old man and another 19-year-old man.

They are expected to be charged today and brought to court tomorrow.

Also during the exercise, a search warrant was executed on Nelson Street.

Police seized one kilogramme of marijuana and a 34-year-old man was arrested.
