Cepep danger for joggers

But I have a serious problem with the timing and manner of cutting the grassy areas close to the walking/jogging tracks.

From as early as 5.30 am when the tracks are heavily utilised, individuals using these “whackers” engage in cutting the grass very close to the tracks while people are walking or jogging.

No screens are used to protect joggers/walkers being seriously injured by objects such as pebbles, which turn into missiles when coming into contact with trimmers.

In addition, the fumes emanating from these trimmers are very unpleasant and I dare say unhealthy for members of the public trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Surely, areas close to the walking/ jogging tracks could be cut when they are not heavily utilised, eg around 9 am.
