CAL gem at Piarco counter

On September 15 I had to travel to Tobago for work.

While I had a confirmed flight, as sometimes happens there was an issue with a fellow traveller who could no longer be on the trip. Time being of essence, I agitatedly explained the situation to a Ms Orr who calmly offered solutions.

Acting on her advice the matter was resolved expeditiously.

Orr was pleasant, compassionate, resourceful, solutions- oriented and showed all the qualities that I always expect, but seldom get, from anyone engaged in customer service. CAL, you have a gem in Orr.
