No clue about crime causes

Parents of incarcerated people should have worn hot suits and long dresses just like the highly respected while-collar criminals who terrorise the nation.

So focusing on style of dress (colour of shoes, belts, if pants are long or short, if blouses are loose of tight) won’t make better graduates out of children when CXC’s syllabuses need fixing.

It’s absurd to connect clothing choice to crime.

The Government should resign from office for expressing this degree of utter stupidity. Its assertion demonstrates it has no clue what is the cause of crime and therefore has no clue how to suppress crime.
