“From my understanding, if (Hinds) were to do a check on the head of this company, Alfred McMillan, he would be surprised that (McMillan) is the same gentleman who was part of the Panorama dry-docking a few years ago… we had to sell the Panorama for next to nothing,” Lee said. Hinds said he would address statements about procurement during his contribution to the debate, scheduled for late Monday evening.
