Nanda Bhavan hosts anniversary concert
Singers Jairaj Singh and Shakunatala Jangbahadoor will be performing alongside the Shiv Shakti Dance Company and the Princes Town Theatre Workshop.
This restaurant owned and operated by Sitaram Dass serves authentic south-Indian dishes as well as recipes from the Hare Krishna cookbook. These tasty dishes are made with channa, cauliflower, spinach, rice, dried coconuts, tomatoes, melongene, pumpkin, carrots, tofu, milk curds, beans, string beans and other vegetables, ground provision and greens.
Dass says he will be serving one of the best dishes at this restaurant which is the bharatas.
This is made from ground channa and milk curds with tomato sauce. After one year in the business, Nanda Bhavan has grown to be quite popular as many of the south businesses host their dinners and meeting in this venue.
Singh will join with Jangbahadoor to bring both devotional songs and film songs from yesteryear.
The two perform on a weekly basis at several religious events in south TT . They are well known for blending their voices and doing songs from the Bollywood films.
