I could have team fit and running
The increase is expected in distance of running and speed of running which should both be increased at the same time. Hill running gets said increase also.
The aforementioned must be under supervision of the team doctor. Running must be every two days, with the intervening days spent on other aspects of the game.
This regimen should find the squad at least close to full fitness by the time the two March fixtures arrive. Those results will inform future action as it relates to fitness.
