2 years jail for stealing gold chain

The magistrate heard from prosecutor PC Cleyon Seedan that on September 6, 2014, Jeremy Girdharry was seated in his car next to the Quik Shoppe at Circular Road, San Fernando, at about 2 pm. Granger approached the vehicle, Seedan said, pushed his hands through a window and grabbed the chain.

Attorney Annalee Girwar pleaded for Granger saying that he had a previous conviction for marijuana in 2014.
