New mental asylum needed

I wish to advise Government that since they cannot now restore the death penalty because of lack of political support and political infighting, that in addition to building new prisons to accommodate our brigade of killers still running loose here and killing innocent citizens, that they ought to also consider building a new asylum (St Ann’s is now overcrowded) to also house our mentally disturbed bandits. That is, of course, if they ever get caught by our police.
