Awaiting stipend

I am a nursing student at the University of the Southern Caribbean and to date my batch hasn’t received a stipend. We have people on the Nursing Council Board but they are not seeking the interest of their own students.

It is really hard to buy books, pay the lab registration fee, which is about $1,200 every semester, and I can’t even work because the programme is full-time.

Can someone assist us?
