Trotman memorial match on at Arima

FOR THE third successive year, the family of late Trinidad and Tobago striker Mickey Trotman will hold a memorial football match today at the Felix Ferrier Recreation Ground, Pinto Road, Arima.

The footballer,  along with brother Stefan and friend Tessa Moses died in a vehicular accident in Arima on October 3, 2001. Today’s main feature will see Trotman’s’s former team Cool It facing an Invitational XI from 4 pm. Trotman was a former standout at Arima Senior Comprehensive as well as Rochester Rhinos in the United States A-League.
