Stokelyvale move up in Tobago

BI-WATER Stokelyvale moved closer the runner-up spot in this year’s Warner’s Group of Companies-sponsored Tobago Football Association Semi-Profession-al League with a 2-1 win over Pepsi Hills United.

Leading goalscorer Michael Carrington and Jamon Quashie got the goals for The Vale in Sunday’s game at the Dwight Yorke Stadium. 
Rawle Nelson scored for Hills. Earlier at the same venue, Sidey’s edged HV Milan 2-1 to leave their opponents struggling to hold on to a place in the semi-pro league. Sherlon Brathwaite and Ryan Gray got goals for the Sidey’s lads, while Devon Edwards hit the Hope Village men’s only goal.
