Arnim Smith funeral tomorrow

THE FUNERAL of the late Opposition Senator Arnim Smith will be held at the Marvin Lee Stadium, Dr Joao Havelange Centre of Execellence, Macoya Road, Tunapuna tomorrow at 3.30 pm.  Among the dignitaries expected to be in attendance are Senate President Dr Linda Baboolal, Opposition Leader Basdeo Panday, Pan Trinbago president Patrick Arnold and FIFA vice president Jack Warner.  Smith’s body will be available for viewing at the stadium from 2 pm and will be buried at the Tunapuna Public Cemetery after the service. Smith, 57, died at the St Clair Medical Centre on Sunday due to a ruptured aorta.
