Project QRC 2004 — on the road to reality

A project is in pro-gress to commemorate the centenary of the opening of the Main Building at QRC, a heritage building listed by the Organisation of American States. The committee organising the project would like to express its deepest gratitude to the several individuals and corporations who have by their contributions to date ensured that the main feature of the exercise — the book, QRC 2004, containing articles on QRC’s past, present and future — is a feasible project. The process of editing the articles has already started.

The project committee comprises four QRC “old boys” in Lloyd Best, J Reginald Dumas, Karl T Hudson-Phillips, and Garth O’G Alleyne. Future donors have been asked to identify themselves fully on their deposit slips. This would assist the committee in suitably acknowledging all donations. All donations are to be made out to QRC 2004 at Scotia Bank of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, corner of Bengal Street and Western Main Road, St James. The account number is 1200109.
