Manning sends congrats to new Dominica PM

Prime Minister Patrick Manning has extended “warm and sincere congratulations” to  the new Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit.

In a letter to Skerrit dated January 8, Manning stated: “It is a challenging task upon which you have embarked and requires all of the attributes you have acquired to give expression to the expectation of your people.” He added that he stood ready to assist Skerrit in furthering his vision for the Government and people of Dominica.
