Still no water Susconsco

THE EDITOR: I have been living at   Second Susconsco, La Pastora, Upper Santa Cruz for the past 28 years, never having the opportunity to receive running water through my pipelines. I would like to know if the government of Trinidad and Tobago, which stated “there will be water for all” has forgotten the people of this area.

Every day I have to go to the nearest standpipe which is half mile from where I live to get water to wash my clothes, my dishes, and cook.
This is horrible, for I live in an area with a high water reserve. I would like to know when will the residents who live higher up Susconsco #2 Road will be getting pipe borne water. Will we have to wait until 2020 to receive it?
