The dry season is approaching us. This is a good time to organise to fix the side roads in Andrew Lane. I am sure you have a lot of contact with the higher authority. People were willing to purchase your land, the most you cold do for these people is to fix the roads. Please, please Mr Ramcharan, see what you can do. We are counting on you. We are living in 2004 and not 1804. So try your best.
