Trainers keep horses on move

DESPITE the throbbing of drums and the ring of steel for the annual Carnival festival, some trainers kept their horses on the move as they prepare for Saturday’s racing.

And yesterday at Santa Rosa Park, Arima, gallops were restricted to mainly pace work. Only Aishwarya did any major gallop, returning in 39.9 seconds for a 600 metres spin.
