Guisseppi’s body returns tomorrow

THE body of ex-national boxing champion Fitzroy Guisseppi is expected back here tomorrow. And according to boxing promoter Buxo Potts, there will be a wake held at the Cosmic Boxing Gym at Marabella. He said he will meet with San Fernando Mayor Ian Atherley today to discuss the possibility of having the funeral service on Harris Promenade on Thursday when Guisseppi will be buried. Guisseppi who migrated to Jamaica over 10 years ago, collapsed and died in the ring while celebrating the victory of one of  his proteges  a week ago.
