Four die in crash

Four persons were crushed to death last night when a truck fell on a car in the vicinity of the Chaguanas Fly-over on the Uriah Butler Highway between Francis Engineering and Seereeram Brothers. The four persons remained unidentified until late, but according to reports the truck was heading south along the Chaguanas Fly-over when it overturned and landed below on the highway on top of the car in which four persons were travelling. The accident caused a major traffic pile-up.
