THE EDITOR: I am writing to give honour where honour is due, to say congratulations to the world’s greatest batsman, Mr Brian Charles Lara. On Monday April 12, 2004 Brian Lara set a new record in international cricket, accomplishing 400 runs not out in the Fourth Test match. A great sportsman whose feats never cease to bring joy to Caribbean people everywhere. Thank you, King Brian Charles Lara, Conqueror of World Cricket.
