Poor service at San Fernando General
THE EDITOR: Please permit me a space in your daily newspaper. This is a true story which I would like to highlight. My name is Abbigail Ragbir and I would like the public to know the poor service that was given to me at the San Fernando General Hospital. My grandmother who has a good career job in this country, and who pays monthly health surcharge was once taken for medical attention and had to wait for six hours.
Screaming and bawling in pain, she had to sit on the floor, then a very ignorant nurse came in and said wait on your name to be called, or try a private medical centre. After waiting six hours her name was called, she was attended to and warded. My grandmother died. For the poor service I received, I would like to take the matter up with the North West Regional Authorities.
