Political speech by Manning

THE EDITOR: The PM’s speeches at Piarco and Independence Square for Brian Lara were political speeches, praising the PNM and full of promises. (Mr  Manning wore his balisier tie). Now that they have put their hands on Lara and are waving him about like they wave their balisiers at election time maybe they should seriously consider re-naming Balisier House as Brian Lara House, and they can plant four hundred balisier plants all around it.
