RBTT join Arima b-ball

THE Arima Basketball League received financial support from RBTT to continue their programme this season. In existence for over 30 years, the ABL with an aim to support and motivate youth in keeping with their original priority, was joined by  RBTT “for the benefit of all involved.” League president Wayne Cupid said the 2004 edition of league action is an opportunity for youths in Arima and environs to “improve their discipline, teamwork, maturity and self-esteem” moulding well-adjusted citizens in the process.

RBTT Arima Branch Manager Donna Look Yee said, “RBTT’s contribution to the league will not only benefit this competition but it also speaks of our commitment to be meaningfully involved in sporting events that encourage our young people to persevere and excel. “There is a very real connection between the league’s “Moulding Youth Through Sport” motto and what RBTT strive for through our community outreach initiatives.” The league began in March and will officially end on May 30.
