Under-19 women footballers meet USA first in concacaf
TRINIDAD and Tobago Under-19 women footballers have been drawn in Group B of the 2004 CONCACAF Under-19 Final Round Qualification, which will be held in Canada from May 28 to June 6. Hosts Canada are in Group A along with Mexico, Panama and Jamaica, while the defending Under-19 World champs USA will also compete in Group B alongside Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago and Dominican Republic. Matches will be staged at the Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa and the McGill University, Molson Stadium, in Montreal.
Winners and runners-up of this series will earn automatic qualification to the 2004 FIFA Under-19 World Championships in Thailand, from November 10-27. This is the second time CONCACAF will be staging a qualifying series for the Under-19 World Championship, with the first held here two years ago. Here are the groupings: GROUP A: Canada, Mexico, Panama, Jamaica.
GROUP B: USA, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic.

May 30 at Montreal — Costa Rica vs Dominican Republic; USA vs Trinidad and Tobago; At Ottawa — Mexico vs Jamaica; Canada vs Panama.
June 1 at Montreal — Trinidad and Tobago vs Dominican Republic; USA vs Costa Rica; At Ottawa — Panama vs Jamaica; Canada vs Mexico.
June 4 at Montreal — Semi-finals.
June 6 at Ottawa — Third-place playoff and final.
