Haven for refugees?

THE EDITOR: Few persons commented on the story of the Liberian and Nigerian stowaways who were found wandering on the road in Toco. This incident needs attention if we are to stop our country being used as a haven for refugees and illegal immigrants. A visit to Charlotte and Queen Streets in Port-of-Spain will reveal many Nigerians and Liberians selling shoes and sandals on our streets.
