Stern John headed back to MLS

NEW YORK: Trinidad and Tobago international Stern John is being linked to a return to US Major League Soccer (MLS) where he first made his mark as a top striker in the late 1990s. An article on the MLS web site that named John on its all-time best foreign players in the MLS suggested that the 27-year-old marksman, who currently plays his football with English Premier League side Birmingham City, labelled John as “the most lethal finisher the league has ever seen”. The report spoke of his brief stay in the MLS and hints that he may come back to the MLS.
