Is this Plan B?

THE EDITOR: Since the nefarious Police bills were defeated in the Lower House kidnapping has increased to warp speed, and as usual the victims are all Indo-Trinis. Can this be the Plan B the government is alluding to, and who will be next?  In a tiny country of less than 2,000 square miles, where everybody knows everybody’s business, the police have no clue about these kidnappers. All we hear about are arrests and then nothing, while the criminals move like a turbo prop. And in the meantime, the CoP is upset that police officers are complaining about inferior bullet proof vests.
