THE EDITOR: The villagers of El Recueardo Land Settlement, Manzanilla express thanks to the Minister of Public Utilities, Ms Pennelope Beckles, and the Programme Director NSDCP, Mr Anslyn De Coteau, for the provision of electrical poles and transformers to supply us with electricity for which we lived without for over 36 years. This project brought joy to our lives and made all dreams become a reality. Thank you for implementing such a powerful programme to the low income families in society. Miracles do come true.
