MPs’ behaviour immature

THE EDITOR: It is quite apparent that Dr Keith Rowley and Opposition MP Chandresh Sharma are not fit to represent the people of their respective constituencies and by extension the people of Trinidad and Tobago. The behaviour of these two gentlemen in the tea room (from your reporting) is very appalling and ridiculously immature. Dr Rowley and Mr Sharma your role in this society is to set the pace of good, decent leadership, which, you obvioulsy know nothing about.

I don’t expect you gentlemen to be saints but at the same time what is expected is civil behaviour and decency in settling any form of argument. After all, you gentlemen are supposed to be exemplars to the people of Trinidad and Tobago, you represent our country, you preach to the youths about violence and hatred but yet you do not heed your own advice. Gentlemen, there are bigger issuses that are affecting our country. You need to grow up and focus your efforts and energy in creating a safe and crime free society that we can all be very proud of.
