Knockout double-header kicks off

THREE WEEKS after the 2004 National Super League two-round round-robin competition ended, the knockout phase will get going this weekend with six matches, four today while the other two would be contested tomorrow. A double-header is carded for the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo with WASA Clean and  White meeting M&M Harvard at 2 pm followed by the Superstar Rangers-Moruga contest. At Shaw Park in the sister isle Tobago, Angostura 1976 FC Phoenix will oppose Maraval Youth Academy at 6 pm while another Tobagonian club Biwater Stokelyvale will square off against Club Sando at the Larry Gomes Stadium, Arima at 4 o’clock. The Arima venue will be the stage of two matches tomorrow, as PLIPDECO Caroni face  Medianet East San Juan United at 2 pm while Police will battle Carib two hours later.
